Clubs
.....Because Kids Matter To God!
In many circles, "puggle" is a common term for a baby platypus. In Awana circles, Puggle is an enriching program for your pre-Cubbies kids (usually older 2's & younger 3 year olds) that presents these biblical concepts: * We are a unique creation of God. * God loves us very much. Puggles learn simple lessons through teaching cards, activities, music, and more.
Cubbies is the club for preschoolers during the two years prior to regular kindergarten (usually 3 & 4 year olds that are potty trained).Cubbies is unique because it supports and maintains the parents as the primary source of spiritual nurturing by directly involving them in the teaching and learning process. Cubbies uses fundamental Awana elements of Bible memorization, handbooks, awards, and activities. Developmentally appropriate lessons and actives combine basic Bible truths with popular preschool concept of color, shapes, numbers, and letters.
Sparks is the club for lively kindergartners, 1st and 2nd- graders. Each Club session is divided into three segments. In Game Time, Sparkies enjoy games played on the Awana Game Circle. During Sparkle Time, clubbers complete handbook sections. During Green Meadows Time, Sparkies gather for their Bible lesson.
Truth & Training (T&T) is the club for 3rd through 6th graders. Each Club session is divided into three segments. During Council Time they gather for their Bible lesson. During Handbook Time, children earn awards for memorizing scripture and working in their handbooks. In Handbook Time, we separate the boys and the girls. During Game Time, clubbers enjoy games played on the Awana Game Circle.
